What a top gig. Don't remember Scary Eire though - is that a good thing?

I think it might be...in fact...their album never got released for various reasons, but word is that it's set to be released soon enough! Strange.

Great to see you back online Sinéad.

I saw Scary Eire a few times back in the old days. Higly underrated but a bunch of lunatics. The rapper RiRa is still doing stuff with Adrian Sherwood and DJ Mek is still playing. One of their best gigs was with House of Pain and Marxman (Oisin Lunny's band) in the Castle Inn on Lord Edward St. I also convinced the Ents Officer in Maynooth to book them for Rag Week in 1993. They tore the place apart. Don't bother buying their unreleased album, it's shite. You can check out one of their tunes on an old podacst at goldenmaverick.podomatic.com entitled 'Irish Hip Hop & Kids Tunes'. Easy now.

Hey would you mind sharing which blog platform you're working with? I'm planning to start my own blog in the near future but I'm having a tough time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something completely unique.
P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

This type of breathing does not allow for the elimination of the toxins in your blood because you are not taking the air all the way down to your diaphragm, a muscular partition separating your chest from your abdomen. The sole purpose of the diaphragm is to support breathing. To find this muscle, place your hands under your rib cage and cough. Did you feel it kick out? Best gig of my life, travelled to Dublin with 3 friends (all ticketless) scoured the city for tickets to no avail. Headed to the Tivoli on the off chance there were some left at box office. Got there, music was blasting, Beastie Boys were inside sound checking! few minutes later 3 cars pulled up, the driver of the first car got out, opened the back doors and told us to get in...we asked why, and he said to ta take us back to the hotel...the penny dropped and he realised and said well youse look like Beastie Boys to me!!!! A few moments later out they came with the whole crew, we got to have a brief chat and chanced our arm asking for tickets, again to no avail.
Headed to a pub to drown our sorrows for a few hours before venturing back to the Tivoli in hope of buying off the ticket touts. Had a ball with the fellow fans outside before the unbelievable...MCA came walking up the street accompanied by two beautiful ladies, he recognised us from earlier, came over and had a chat before bringing the four of us in to the venue! The gig was unbelievable, electric, and to put the cherry on the cake a dedication came late on into the gig when a shout went out to the Boys from Belfast...shorty followed by the throbbing bass and screams leading into Sabotage!!!! One unbelievable night, never to be equalled never mind surpassed. RIP Adam Yauch AKA MCA, the world has lost a great mind, but your legacy lives on through your music. With GRATITUDE
